Insetco To Issue 160 Million Shares For Loan Note Conversion (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Insetco PLC Wednesday said it will convert a further GBP40,000 of convertible loans into 160 new million shares.

In a short statement, the company said it will have a total of GBP57,500 of convertible loans outstanding, following the new conversion.

The company's aim is to acquire, as an agent for clients, US life insurance policies covering the life of one or more individuals.

Insetco shares were untraded Wednesday afternoon at 0.0630 pence.
