VH Global Sustainable Energy Opportunities PLC - investment company - Buys two operating terminal storage sites on the Texas Gulf Coast for USD61 million. VH Global says it has also committed further capital to develop and expand the sites before the end of the year. This is VH Global's first investment since its recent initial public offering just over two months ago. Closing under the purchase agreement is expected to occur shortly, the company notes.
