IN BRIEF: UK Oil & Gas Executes Agreement For 50% Resan Interest

UK Oil & Gas PLC - oil and gas exploration company - successfully executes participation agreement and joint operating agreement with Aladdin Middle East Ltd for 50% interest in Turkish Resan licence and respective oil appraisal and exploration programme. Following October 2 equity raise, will now fund its share of preparatory operations so that first oil appraisal well, Basur-3, "can be drilled as soon as practicable in early 2021".
