Triple Point VCT 2011 PLC - small and medium-sized enterprises investor - Net asset value per venture share falls 10% to 102.17 pence at February 28 from 113.55p a year prior, as company cites higher interest rates. Dividend per share remains flat at 3.00p per share. Venture share total return in the year ended February 28 is negative 7.0% compared to positive 24% a year prior. Citing the current inflationary environment in the UK and US, and some forecasters anticipating a recession in both countries, firm says: "We expect the majority of our portfolio companies to be able to thrive in such an environment, where cost-effective software solutions are likely still to be to the fore and where the wage costs for the skilled labour that our companies require may ease."
