IN BRIEF: Trafalgar Property To Raise GBP750,000 To Reduce Debt

Trafalgar Property Group PLC - residential homes developer based in Kent - To raise GBP750,000 through the issue of 937.5 million shares in placing and subscription at 0.08 pence per share. Proceeds will allow the part repayment of existing indebtedness and position the company to take advantage of new opportunities. To convert GBP600,000 of its intercompany debt into a convertible loan note.

Current stock price: 0.12 pence

Year-to-date change: flat
