Tatton Asset Management PLC - Cheshire-based on-platform discretionary fund management and independent financial adviser support service - Chief Executive Officer Paul Hogarth sells 331,531 shares at a price of GBP5.29 each on Monday. Total aggregate value is GBP1.8 million. Hogarth now holds 9.3 million shares or 15% of Tatton Asset Management, remaining the largest shareholder.
