Staffline Group PLC - recruitment and training firm - Agrees revised financing structure with its lenders. The terms of the new facilities include restrictions on new material share, business and asset acquisitions until July 2022, and no dividends can be declared until that time. "The revised covenant package is more appropriate for the group's current trading levels," Staffline said.
