Spirax-Sarco Engineering PLC - FTSE 100-listed thermal energy management company - Announces the upcoming retirement of Neil Daws, managing director of Steam Specialties and Executive Director, after 42 years. He will retire from the Steam Specialties business and the board at the end of December. Spirax-Sarco said its internal selection process to appoint the next Steam Specialties managing director has begun. His successor will not become an executive director of the board.
