Sound Energy PLC - London-based, Morocco-focused upstream gas company - Receives court papers confirming withdrawal of Moroccan tax cases. Says court cases between the company and Moroccan tax authorities now formally closed. Back in November, Sound Energy's subsidiary Sound Energy Morocco SARL AU challenged the Moroccan Court about the tax assessments levied against SEMS.

Current stock price: 1.60 pence, up 6.5%

12-month change: down 1.4%
