Egdon Resources PLC - UK-focused onshore exploration and production company - Says proceeds received from confidential settlement agreement with Humber Oil & Gas Ltd. Settlement agreement is between Egdon Resources UK Ltd, acting on behalf of PEDL253 joint venture partners, and Humber. PEDL253 parties' dispute now resolved and all JV parties "look forward to co-operating in the future in the development of the licence." Union Jack notes "positive announcement" from Egdon.

Current stock price: Egdon 2.30 pence; Union Jack 0.27p

Year-to-date change: Egdon down 33%; Union Jack up 70%
