IN BRIEF: Serica Energy Director Neil Pike steps down

Serica Energy PLC - London-based oil & gas company - Says director Neil Pike has retired with effect from the close of the annual general meeting held Thursday. His role as chair of the Audit Committee is taken over by Kate Coppinger.

"I would like to thank Neil for his service to Serica since joining the board in 2004, during which time he has made a major contribution to ensure the success of the company," says Executive Chair Tony Walker.

Current stock price: 128.40 pence

Year-to-date change: up 12%
