Seplat Petroleum Development Co PLC - oil production in Nigeria - Senior Independent Non-Executive Director Michael Alexander and Independent Non-Executive Director Ifueko Omoigui Okauru to retire on January 31, both having served on the board since 2013. Promotes Basil Omiyi to senior independent non-executive director from February 1. Omiyi also joined the Seplat board in 2013, having worked for 40 years at Royal Dutch Shell PLC in senior roles in Nigeria and Europe.
