IN BRIEF: RS Group CEO Simon Pryce buys GBP150,000 in shares

RS Group PLC - London-based industrial and electronics products distributor - Chief Executive Officer Simon Pryce buys 22,500 shares at GBP6.47 each, worth GBP146,993, in London on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, RS said revenue in the half-year to September 30 inched down 0.8% to GBP1.45 billion from GBP1.46 billion a year prior. Pretax profit weakened 31% to GBP126.3 million from GBP182.5 million.
