Red Rock Resources PLC - gold and base metals developer - Notes update from joint venture firm Red Rock Australasia Pty Ltd, that some of its licence applications over the tenement map for Victoria Goldfields region will not proceed for some time due to delays and creation of a backlog from the Covid-19 crisis. Unlikely that joint venture will lodge any further licence applications for current time, but is considering corporate transactions to acquire licences. Red Rock holds 50% stake in joint venture, while Power Metal Resources PLC holds the remaining stake.
