IN BRIEF: Proteome Sciences amends loan facility with Vulpes

Proteome Sciences PLC - drug development services provider - Amends GBP1 million loan facility with Vulpes Investment Management Pvt Ltd first signed in July 2018, where until April 30, 2022, Vulpes may convert no less than GBP50,000 or all of the drawn loan and accrued interest into new shares in Proteome Sciences.

The conversion price is at 7.16 pence per share, which is the average of the closing middle market price during the five trading days before entering the loan amendment.

Current stock price: 6.88 pence

Year-to-date change: up 78%
