Predator Oil & Gas Holdings PLC - Jersey-based oil and gas company - Notes Moroccan authorities extending Covid-19 pandemic state of emergency until July 10. Says executive drilling programme at Guercif permits, which it owns 75% of, is "most important single objective". On Monday, Predator named Stephen Staley as new chair, replacing Carl Kindinger. Company also plans to add additional non-executive to board.
