Predator Oil & Gas Holdings PLC - Jersey-based Oil and Gas Company - Says new subsidiary Predator LNG Ireland Ltd has been incorporated. Subsidiary in talks with consultants over Floating Storage and Regasification Unit solution in Ireland. Company notes Infrastrata PLC made similar proposal but says Predator's capex costs are "significantly" lower.
