IN BRIEF: Plaza Centers receives bondholder proposal from GC Hevron

Plaza Centers NV - Netherlands-based real estate developer - Received proposal from GC Hevron Capital Ltd which states Plaza Centers' existing assists will be preserved in order to repay it's bondholders and to enable the flow of new activity to the company in order to maximize shareholder profits.

Plaza Center's board will review the proposal on July 13.

Current stock price: 10.00 pence

Year-to-date change: down 33%
