Plaza Centers NV - property investor in India - Submits request for arbitration against Romania concerning the Casa Radio project at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.

Plaza Centers seeks full compensation for losses with respect to the project, estimated to be around EUR262.2 million.
