Petropavlovsk PLC - Russian gold miner with headquarters in London, England - Notes IRC Lts announcement on second quarter trading activities. Petropavlovsk holds 31% stake in the industrial commodities producer and developer and notes in particular IRC's approximately USD9.4 million second quarter payment to Gazprombank. The payment was principal repayment and interest, in accordance with IRC's repayment schedule for facility agreements guaranteed by Petropavlovsk. IRC reports 8.1% quarter-on-quarter improvement in iron ore concentrate production. Sales rise 8.5%. For the first half, Output rose 14% year-on-year, with sales up 12%.
