PayPoint PLC - offers system for paying bills in UK - Completes the disposal of its Romanian business PayPoint Services Srl to Innova Capital, a private equity firm, after receiving regulatory and other customary approvals. The cash consideration for the disposal is GBP48 million on a cash free debt free basis. The sale is consistent with PayPoint's focus on its key strategic priorities and the delivery of enhanced growth and value in its core UK markets.

Current stock price: 606.00 pence, up 0.2% on Thursday

Year-to-date change: down 7.3%
