OptiBiotix Health PLC - York-based life sciences company - Enters into distributor agreement in Brazil with Ayalla Marketing concerning its LPLDL cholesterol reducing. "The agreement is for an initial period of 12 months and has modest minimum order quantities for each product providing the company security of income and revenue growth," OptiBiotix said.
