OnTheMarket PLC - property listing portal based in Aldershot, Hampshire - Exercises option to acquire the 80% of Glanty Ltd which it does not already own for an initial GBP1.5 million. Notes there is also an earnout consideration and OnTheMarket will need to repay shareholder loans totalling GBP1.4 million. "The earnout arrangement could result in maximum deferred consideration of up to GBP12 million," company says.
