Midwich Group PLC - Norfolk, England-based specialist audio visual distributor to the trade market - Managing Director Stephen Fenby buys 50,000 shares at 375.8 pence each, worth GBP187,900, in London on Friday. Fenby is now interested in 17.4 million shares, a 16.8% stake.
Earlier in October, Fenby had bought just under 50,000 shares.
Current stock price: 399.45 pence, up 6.2% on Monday around midday.
