Maven Income & Growth VCT PLC and Maven Income & Growth VCT 5 PLC - investment trusts managed by London-based Maven Capital Partners - Jointly launch prospectus to raise GBP20 million through share subscription with over-allotment facilities of up to a further GBP20 million. Subscription offers subject to approval from shareholders of respective VCTs.

Maven Income and Growth VCT current share price 38.00 pence; year-to-date change: down 13%

Maven Income & Growth VCT 5 current share price 28.60p; year-to-date change: down 14%
