Northampton, England-based HR Solutions provides human resources and health & safety consulting to about 750 customers, "helping to keep them compliant with employment law and health & safety regulations," Marlowe explains.
HR Solutions had a revenue of GBP3.1 million in the year ended March 31. HR Solutions will be integrated into Marlowe's Worknest brand.
