Macau Property Opportunities Fund Ltd - Guernsey-based investment firm - Completes the sale of its two remaining units located in its flagship property the Waterside Macau for USD5.4 million.
In July, the company said it sold four units located in the Waterside Macau for USD14.4 million, representing a 6.8% discount to the units' latest valuations.
