Insig AI PLC - London-based data science and machine learning - Non-Executive Chair Richard Bernstein buys 265,000 shares at 23.36 pence, worth GBP61,904, on Monday. Now has 12.8 million shares, a 12% stake. Insig AI shares fell by 17% on Monday after it noted disruption and delays in trading due to the Omicron variant of Covid and the war in Ukraine, leading to the need for further working capital.

Current stock price: 23.15p, down 1.5% on Tuesday

12-month change: down 73%
