IN BRIEF: Induction Healthcare executive chair buys first shares

Induction Healthcare Group PLC - London-based software for healthcare providers and administrators - Executive Chair Christopher Samler buys 266,667 shares at 22.5 pence, worth GBP60,000, on Friday last week. The purchase is his only holding and is a 0.3% stake. Samler joined the board as non-executive chair back in June, taking over as interim executive chair last week when James Balmain stepped down as chief executive officer.

Current stock price: 21.95p

12-month change: down 62%
