IN BRIEF: Hoxton Assets to sell GBP37 million in Gamma shares

Gamma Communications PLC - London-based cloud communication services provider - Shareholder Hoxton Assets Ltd sells 2.3 million shares in Gamma for 1,610 pence each, totalling GBP37.0 million through an accelerated bookbuild. Barclays Bank acted as sole global coordinator and bookrunner, and Gamma will not receive any proceeds from the placing.

Current stock price: 1,685.00 pence for GBP1.61 billion market capitalisation

Year-to-date change: up 2.4%
