IN BRIEF: Heavitree Charges 50% Of Pub Rental Fees In December

Heavitree Brewery PLC - tenanted and leased pub company based in Exeter, Devon - Says it will charge 50% of all pub rental fees in December for its pubs that can trade, and will cancel all rental charges in January as it anticipates "a very difficult trading environment for the hospitality industry" as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Notes it cancelled all pub rental charges between April and July, reintroducing them at 25% of the usual rate in August, 40% in September and 50% in October. Says November charges were also cancelled to support its estate.

Current stock price: 220.00 pence

Year-to-date change: down 4.8%
