IN BRIEF: Harbour Energy chair sells GBP5.6 million in shares

Harbour Energy PLC - North Sea-focused oil and gas company - Chair R Blair Thomas sells 1.6 million shares via EIG Asset Management LLC at GBP3.49 each, worth GBP5.6 million, in London on Wednesday last week.

Harbour Energy was demoted to the FTSE 250 index Thursday last week to make way for GSK PLC spin-off Haleon PLC in the FTSE 100.

Current stock price: 334.70 pence

12-month change: up 3.0%
