GSTechnologies Ltd - information and communication technology infrastructure solutions provider - Launches the subscription of 198.0 million shares at a price of GBP0.001 per share, raising GBP198,000. The proceeds of the subscription will be applied primarily to finance the working capital needs of the company as it seeks to move into new higher growth business areas.

Current stock price: 0.25 pence, up 52% on Tuesday

Year-to-date change: up 79%
