GSTechnologies Ltd - Milton Keynes, England-based fintech and information technology company - Completes acquisition of UK-based foreign exchange and payment services firm Angra Ltd, following approval from the UK Financial Conduct Authority in mid-February.
The company first announced its planned acquisition of Angra for GBP800,000 in cash.

As previously outlined, Angra will form a cornerstone for the development of our blockchain enabled neobanking business, providing an established, appropriately-regulated base on which to build our planned UK business," says Chair Tone Goh.
