Greencore Group PLC - Dublin-based convenience food - Hires John Amaechi, Linda Hickey and Anne O'Leary as non-executive directors, starting February 1. Amaechi is founder & chief executive officer of APS, a talent and leadership development firm. Hickey was head of Corporate Broking at Goodbody Stockbrokers. She currently is senior independent director of building products firm Kingspan Group PLC and a non-executive director of Cairn Homes PLC. O'Leary is CEO of Vodafone Ireland, part of Vodafone Group PLC.
