Gore Street Energy Storage Fund PLC - London-based fund investing in energy storage assets - Acquires 80 megawatt construction ready energy storage project in Milton Keynes, England from renewable energy firm RES.
Acquisition cost was not disclosed, however the total capital expenditure for the project is expected to be around GBP30 million, spread over the next 12 to 15 months.
In addition, has entered exclusivity on a further 300 megawatts of assets in the UK, which are currently undergoing due diligence.
