IN BRIEF: Good Energy completes disposal of 47.5 megawatt portfolio

Good Energy Group PLC - Chippenham, England-based renewable energy supplier - Receives final deferred consideration of GBP500,000 relating to the sale of its 47.5 megawatt renewable generation asset portfolio. The total consideration received is now GBP21.2 million.

The disposal came as part of the company's ongoing strategic shift to energy and mobility services.

Current stock price: 257.50 pence, down 2.8% in London on Friday

12-month change: down 10%
