IN BRIEF: Glencore lowers emission targets but still eyes zero by 2050

Glencore PLC - Anglo-Swiss miner with global operations - Revises climate targets, expects 15% emissions reduction by 2026 and then 50% emissions reduction by 2035.

In February, Glencore was looking to reduce its total emissions by 40% by 2035 from its 2019 level, and then reach net zero total emissions by 2050. It still plans on net zero by 2050.

Current stock price: 354.55 pence; down 4.1%

Year-to-date change: up 52%
