Georgia Capital PLC - Tbilisi-based investor focusing on domestic businesses in Georgia - Says the transfer of its listing on the London Stock Exchange to "Standard Listing" from "Premium Listing" took effect on Thursday. Says the transfer will help the company "better achieve its strategic goals and produce greater value for shareholders."
Georgia Capital shareholders approved the transfer at a general meeting held on March 14.
