K3 Business Technology Group PLC - Manchester-based business software and managed services - Hires Tom Crawford as non-executive chair, effective immediately. Jonathan Manley, who has been interim chair since February, reverts to non-executive director. Crawford was chief executive officer of AIM-listed financial management software provider Aptitude Software Group PLC until leaving in January. Aptitude Software had said back in July of last year that Crawford was leaving to spend more time with his family whilst his wife recovered from a serious health issue.
