EQTEC PLC - waste-to-energy project developer based in London - Extends exclusivity period of a memorandum of understanding for the power plant in Haverton Hill, Billingham until November 22. Company signed deal with Cobra Instalaciones Y Servicios SA and Scott Bros Enterprises Ltd. "Subsequent to the extension announced in June 2020, the company has progressed the proposed development of the project," EQTEC said.

Current stock price: 0.55 pence

Year-to-date change: up sharply from 0.12p
