ECR Minerals PLC - gold explorer with assets in Australia - Commences drilling at the Byron prospect in the HR3 area of the Bailieston project at Victoria Goldfields, Australia.
"This is the first of numerous planned drill locations which will be coordinated from ECR's central exploration facility compound in the Victoria Goldfields," Chief Executive Craig Brown said.
Drilling will be funded from the company's existing cash resources, which amount to around GBP3 million.
