Duke Royalty Ltd - provider of alternative capital solutions to businesses in Europe - Raises the maximum amount under the PrimaryBid offer of GBP3.0 million following the closing of the offer on Tuesday.

"It has been an extremely well supported fundraise and Duke continues to benefit from a widening breadth of shareholders and new investors," says Chief Executive Neil Johnson.

Current stock price: 37.00 pence

Year-to-date change: up 21%
