Diageo PLC - London-based brewer and distiller - Chief Financial Officer Kathryn Mikells to leave company at the end of June to return to the US after six years in post. Lavanya Chandrashekar, CFO of Diageo North America & global head of investor relations, is promoted to group CFO starting July 1. Mikells had joined Diageo from Xerox Corp in 2015. Chandrashekar had been with US snack foods firm Mondelez International Inc and prior to that US household products firm Procter & Gamble Co.
