D4T4 Solutions PLC - data solutions provider based in Sunbury-on-Thames - Cuts final dividend to 1.90 pence from 2.30p, taking its total payout to 2.67p, down 11% from 3.00p. Says decision to cut dividend due to Covid-19 uncertainty and a reduction in profit as it transitions to a recurring revenue model. Revenue for financial 2020 ended March 31 was GBP21.8 million, down from GBP25.2 million. Pretax profit was GBP4.9 million, down from GBP6.3 million. Says it is "upbeat" about its future prospects due to its increasing recurring revenue visibility, strong pipeline of major new contracts and a strong financial position. As at March 31, D4T4 had cash of GBP12.8 million and no debt.
