Cloudbreak Discovery PLC - natural resource project generator - Says Temas Resources Corp, in which Cloudbreak has a 16% interest, and Erin Ventures Inc enter into joint venture agreement for the development of Piskanja Borate project located in Serbia. Temas Resources may earn a 50% interest in the Piskanja project by issuing to Erin Ventures 250,000 shares and 250,000 Temas warrants within five business days after the option agreement, and incurring EUR10.5 million in expenditures on the Piskanja project.
