IN BRIEF: Cenkos Securities' Durkin in share sale worth GBP200,000

Cenkos Securities PLC - London-based stockbroker - Executive Director Jim Durkin on Wednesday sells 226,103 shares at 90.0 pence each, worth GBP203,493. Following the sale he holds 4.8 million shares, representing a 8.4% stake in the company.

Back in December, Cenkos said Durkin would retire as chief executive in March 2021. Julian Morse, an executive director and head of the Growth Companies Team, was chosen to replace him.

Current stock price: 89.50p

Year-to-date change: up 58%
