Curtis had retired as CEO in June 2022. Tariro Gadzikwa joins board as independent non-executive director in an appointment that came to effect on Friday. Gadzikwa was formerly chief financial officer of Johannesburg-listed Efora Energy Ltd, an oil and gas firm with operations in southern Africa, Egypt, Nigeria and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
