Burford Capital Ltd - finance and asset management firm - Closes the private offering of USD400 million aggregate principal amount of 6.25% senior notes due 2028 by its indirect, wholly owned subsidiary, Burford Capital Global Finance LLC. The notes are guaranteed on a senior unsecured basis by Burford Capital as well as Burford Capital Finance LLC and Burford Capital PLC.
Burford Capital intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including the potential repayment or retirement of existing indebtedness.
