Homeserve PLC - Walsall, England-based home repairs company - Brookfield Infrastructure Partners Ltd receives irrevocable undertakings for 43.0 million Homeserve shares to accept its takeover offer, 12.8% of the company. In mid-May, Homeserve accepted an offer from Brookfield to acquire the company for 1,200 pence in cash per share, valuing Homeserve at GBP4.08 billion.
At the upcoming general and court meetings, expected to take place in July, the takeover requires at least 75% in shareholder approval.
